When I first took the pretzels out of the box they were perfect. I put one bag in the house freezer and the other in the garage freezer. Later, when I decided to have a pretzel they were stuck together as others have mentioned. It was too difficult and destructive getting them separated, so I decided to store one bag in the fridge. Perfect! I am now enjoying my pretzels as intended. I love them with butter, salt, and mustard. I also liked them with butter and the cinnamon sugar powder that was included. Now that I have figured out the best way to store them, I will buy them again. They are an inexpensive and filling snack. Having a whole one is actually filling enough for me to consider it a whole meal.

I bought a box and I was excited to try these. Oh, how disappointing!! They were stuck together as if they were defrosted and frozen again. They were difficult to separate without breaking them. I heated two up per the directions and they tasted like a damp cardboard box. The rest of the box went into the trash dumpster, will never buy again

First, the pretzels are about 1 1/2 size as the ones in the grocery store. They come in two separate bags. They looked like they had been packaged when they were still warm and they got all wrapped around each other before freezing or they thawed at some point, got pressed together and refrozen. The takeaway is that you cannot separate the frozen pretzels without breaking them. I had to reseal the plastic bag and let them thaw in the fridge. Then carefully separate the individual pretzels and using a Seal-A-Meal vacuum seal each pretzel individually before refreezing. I don't know how the thaw and refreeze (again) will affect the flavor or texture. I only know that if the quality of the packaging/storage is not improved I will not be buying them again.

Taste great, but VERY hard to separate. I literally was using an ice hammer to try separating, and they still didn’t come apart. When I struggled to separate by hand, the pretzel comes apart in pieces.

We have started getting complaints on the pretzels being not the best. Very hard to get apart when frozen, they come all smashed together. They rip apart. We didn't have this problem before.

Very hard to seperate, smashed. They tear and break. No flavor, very bland. Very dry. Never buy again.

These are awesome. 2x bigger than grocery stores and 1/2 of the price!

Pretzels did not come with salt. Just cinnamon sugar. Disappointed
