Very Disappointing Quality
I honestly don't understand why Sam's Club carries this product. It feels like Oral-B made this pack as an insult to American consumers. From the packaging, which is among the cheapest and lowest-quality I've ever seen, to the floss itself, the quality is simply disappointing. The floss does not perform nearly as well as other Oral-B products I've used. I'm genuinely surprised by the number of high ratings this product has received. Based on my experience, it does not deserve them

Floss at your own risk!
This floss is awful. If you bought this after the Summer of 2025, the formula was changed. They took out a plastic that was harmful to your health. They replaced it with bees wax. This particular floss has a smaller amount of bees wax than other Oral B floss. This floss completely shreds in between my teeth and gets stuck. I am going to try the Healthy Gums and the Essentials Floss. That is what Oral B is recommending.

New formula is TERRIBLE, will never buy again.
They have changed the formula and composition, and now the All-In-One feels like a strip of trash bag plastic between your teeth. It's poorly made (uneven edges), feels bad to use, and I will never buy this again. Another product made worse and cheaper for profits. I used their old style for over a decade.

THIS DENTAL FLOSS IS AWFUL! DO NOT BUY!!!!
I'd give NEGATIVE STARS to this product if I could, but there's no option for that! Read through the other negative reviews here for this product. They are highly accurate. This is not the same Glide floss that I have purchased for YEARS at Sam's Club. The old Glide was a great product. This new formula is HORRIBLE!!! It has a weird texture and it is super sharp. It feels like you are flossing your teeth with shards of really tough plastic! If you have any sort of crowns, bridges, veneers (or even just the standard filling) AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! DO NOT USE!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!! The first (and only) time I used this, I did serious damage to a very expensive ceramic crown. This new Glide got stuck and caused a whole host of very EXPENSIVE problems! I can't wait to see how much it is going cost to get this crown fixed!!

Not so great
Used for months trying to get thur the pack. Noticed teeth not as clean in between. Even with normal dentist cleanings. Switched to the deep clean oral b floss and what a huge difference. In between teeth looks almost flawless compared to using the all in one. I won't buy the all in one again.

I've tried to ignore the changes in quality over time and continue to buy this floss, but I just can't. This floss used to be great and I was so thankful to be able to buy such a nice sized package of great floss at a better price. It is smooth but that's all that's left of it how it used to be. It doesn't feel like it cleans or grabs on to anything as you floss anymore. It feels basically like not using anything.

10/10 minty & efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep this floss with me at all times in my purse! Such a good emergency floss. It's so minty & I love using it especially after eating. It cleans out my teeth so well. It's very strong string as well! It's also very gentle and soft but gets the work very much done. I use it daily!
Absolute garbage. I've been buying this floss for years. My teeth are tight together and this was the only floss that would easily slide between my teeth. Since they made a change to this product it breaks constantly and shreds. For the longest time I thought it was just my imagination and then I read some of the reviews. Apparently whatever they changed was definitely not an improvement. I will be searching for a different product when this crap runs out.

Disastrous Changes to What Was a Good Product
I have been using Glide for many years and am so disappointed with the quality of the new product. This version of the product is not gentle on your teeth and gums, which is the reason many of us used it in the first place. Add that to the cheap containers that will not stay closed and I conclude that the changes are a total disaster. Time to look for a new product.

Beware of this floss
This floss is a different material than the usual Oral-B Glide sold at Sam's and it is truly awful. It is some kind of a weird plastic and is not comfortable at all to use. If you value your teeth and gums, stay away from this floss. The good floss I've always bought at Sam's -- until this -- was the Oral-B Glide Comfort Plus. Don't be fooled by this stuff.
