I've been buying “this” dental floss for the last 15 years, and was so disappointed that the product changed and the name remained the same! This dental floss seems stiffer and waxier than the original version. I don't recommend it.

Like many others I've used Oral B floss for years because it was better than anything else out there. Now they changed to their “all-in-one” which is basically just plastic floss. It's junk! Why Oral B? Why???

This feels like the plastic cheap ones in the blue box that dental hygienists butcher your gums with after a cleaning. This is NOT the same Glide as before but they only changed it because the gliding was due to the teflon PFAS forever chemical coating. So I get it, but I hate this new version and I feel deceived that they did not put a disclaimer on the box that the floss changed and I spent $15 on floss I won’t use. Of course they wouldn’t disclose because their goal is to sell the product not inform the consumer. I feel deceived, and I’m more mad about that than I am about the change in product. And agree the lid never closes on these new ones. What’s up with that??

Very disappointed in the changes made to this product. Does not slide as easy between teeth, not as fresh mint taste, and coating on floss is not good. Sams, please tell company your customers strongly prefer previous product. Absolutely not interested in purchasing this one again! ( Previous one you sold was in darker green container! Comfort Plus Floss - Much better, please go back to sell that version)

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Did I say terrible? They completely changed and ruined the best floss on the market. When flossing, it feels like the cross between plastic and a rubber band. It actually makes a snap like sound when pulling it out of your teeth. I don't understand why they would change a great product and make it crap? Trying to save a nickel?

Sam's used to sell Oral B Comfort Plus floss and I thought that was what I was getting when I selected re-order. This All-in-One floss is thinner, snaps back debris etc. all over, and does not feel like it cleans as thoroughly. I'll be ordering from a different vendor: hopefully the better quality Comfort Plus continues to be available. Now what to do with 5 unused containers of this inferior “All-in-One” product…

I am disappointed in the new version of the dental floss I have been previously purchasing at Sam's. I wish Sam's would give us a choice of this and the previous version, but maybe that is because they know most of us would skip this one. It is unpleasant to use. The texture is awful and cuts our gums. I will not be buying this version again.

I recently brought this floss thinking it was one I had bought previously. This floss is frustrating and ineffectual. It feels like flossing with a strip of plastic bag, and I could not even get through my whole mouth before giving up. I should have listened to the reviews. - Stiff, which makes maneuvering floss in between teeth a challenge. -Slick and slide off teeth instead of “gently massaging teeth to remove plaque. I ended up returning it. Oral-B definitely did an awful job by enhancing or improving this item. I was so satisfied with the quality of this product. Now it is just garbage! I uploaded a picture so Oral-B and P%26G can see their failure on this product.

The old Oral-B that was made out of Teflon was a 5 star plus product. This new floss is not even a 1 star. It curls so much it is almost unusable. I do not like it at all. I will return what I bought and look elsewhere for the old product or equal. Thanks, Frank

I wish I would've would've read the reviews on Sam's Club before buying this again, but since I have used it in the past, I didn't think that was necessary. They have changed the item and it is not for the better. It was a nice slick tape that felt good and now it's a rough floss, I don't even know why they did this. It is terrible. But I will be not be buying this again. So disappointing.
