We're so sorry our new All-In-One Floss has been getting stuck in your teeth, and doesn't Glide. Please know, we have many safety and quality checks in place to ensure only the best products reach you, and that they're safe to use as directed. Based on your experience, we do recommend you discontinue using this package of floss. Oral-B is always improving materials and looking to ensure that we deliver the best products.
