Product changed but it is much worse

Been a loyal customer for years but based on this last purchase I will no longer be one - the texture of the floss is different- feels more plastic, harsher on gums and gets stuck more easily- not a fan anymore

Excellent

The floss jammed and would not dispense.

The floss jammed on the last two dispensers I used. The floss didn't roll out. Instead, it jammed and the string did not move at all. I can understand one defective dispenser, but two makes me question your product.

Something has changed.

This is not the same floss I have been purchasing from Sam's. It is dry and is difficult to get between teeth. It coils up bad and doesn't work near as well as the Oral B purchased in the past. I won't be buying it again.

New version is awful

This used to be my go to floss. They have changed the manufacturing process and/or materials. The updated version is trash. Shreds easily. Breaks. Does not glide as well between teeth.

Shreds easily

Shreds horribly easily and leaves tiny strings between teeth. Would NEVER waste money on this again

Terrible Quality

Six packs and we had to throw away all but one! Will not unwind properly even if we open pack and free the floss from the jam inside! Splits and breaks easily. Not treaded properly on spool. We will be looking for another brand!

Not The Same Floss!

They changed the material without noting it on the package. This new floss feels terrible. I'll be looking for a new floss that does not contain the harmful PFAS or PTFE.

Bad product

I surely hate the new material. It feels so cheap!! not able to clean and take the food out as well as the old one!! I am SO disapointed. How can a big company like this pushing the new marterial out without market survey????
