reply from iFIT - MANUFACTURER

Na We’re sorry that the seat on your unit is not adjusting as it should. It is uncommon for this to happen when the bike is assembled properly. We would like to look into this and get the seat adjustment on your bike working as it is designed to. You can call us directly at (833) 680-4348 or you can email us at Support@iFIT.com so we can address this. Thanks! – ProForm – Powered by iFIT

Great price! Great bike. Hubby is 275 lbs and plenty of leg room for him.
