[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] took me two days to get machine registered. tried another two days to put it together. Would not work. Took me another day to get some one to talk to me. I was then told the brake on machine was not fabricated correctly and they would send me the correct one. paid $500 for machine. purchased three year warranty. Had machine nine days. still not put together. waiting for part. Ridiculous!

We love this bike. Super easy to control the magnetic resistance and to start a new workout. Just FYI though the app is a little confusing and it’s super easy to accidentally end your workout when you’ve just paused to take a drink of water. If you just use the bike and its interface it’s perfect. We were looking forward to using the app on a tablet to make our workouts more interactive; so far I haven’t been able to do that and as previously mentioned it’s difficult to keep yourself from losing your progress if you happen to hit the screen in the wrong place. Doesn’t affect the bike though. Love it.

Don’t know how to mark this since I haven’t put it together

Unboxed my 325 CSX today and put it together Found the seat adjuster arm alignment does not match the picture in the manual and is pointing down at the floor. It is also locked and will not move and is non-adjustable.

Found same item for $75 less on a Sam’s club site. The fact Walmart owns Sam’s Club lets me know Walmart is price gouging! This is my last time ordering from Walmart! What a scam!

Bike looks great but does not function properly. Computer gives error codes when it’s connected to iFIT app. The program starts and malfunctions after starting. It also does not function without the app. Waste of time and money.

Came with the wrong size bolts for the console. Phone support denies that this is possible and wants to get on a video call to demonstrate. I recommend selecting another brand.
