everything else works fine, but the seat wobbles and doesn't stay in place. the handle under the seat is not properly aligned. if that is going to be an issue, i might have to return it.

Came with the wrong size bolts for the console. Phone support denies that this is possible and wants to get on a video call to demonstrate. I recommend selecting another brand.

Poor Quality Control

Unboxed my 325 CSX today and put it together Found the seat adjuster arm alignment does not match the picture in the manual and is pointing down at the floor. It is also locked and will not move and is non-adjustable.

Bike looks great but does not function properly. Computer gives error codes when it’s connected to iFIT app. The program starts and malfunctions after starting. It also does not function without the app. Waste of time and money.
