I am usually very sensitive and get rashes easy. I definitely recommend the Always Discreet pads. They are comfortable and not bulky.

Like: The wide adhesive strip keeps it in place. The wrapper with the tape makes it super easy to dispose of the pads. Very comfortable to use. Dislike: They leak something fierce! I thought getting the maximum long length would be sufficient...I was WRONG. I have not been able to find the ultimate long length in my area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy i picked up the always discreet extra heavy pads for bladder leaks. The pads are extremely absorbent and the length is great for overnight. There are no worries about leaks while you sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You’d think a thicker pad is a thing of dread, but Always manages to pull off making bulkier pads both discreet and comfortable. After surgery, I am unable to use other products that you insert, so I wasn’t thrilled about having to use pads. But I have to say I really like this. The adhesive is strong but not so much that it gets left behind and I can go quite a while before needing to change it, which is a blessing when moving around can be very difficult. I haven’t had to worry about waking up with a mess to clean since they are very reliable at containing a waking flow. I actually prefer these over period pads because of how much better they work at eliminating inconveniences.

I have bladder control issues and these have been a life saver. They work much better than some of the other products I have tried. Some of thr others were not near as absorbent as these. They stay in place really well.
