Always Discreet pads should provide up to 100% leak free protection, Teresa, so we're truly sorry to hear this hasn't been your experience, and we can only imagine how disappointing this has been for you. Our products go through many quality checks to make sure they reach you in the best possible condition and perform as advertised, so we'd like to learn more to share with our Quality Team and help with this. Please give us a call at (855) 206-8286.

We do put a lot of thought into the design of our products, and the scent you noticed comes from our exclusive OdorLock technology made of a mixture of compounds that neutralizes odors but also imparts a slight scent. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our team, and you're welcome to give us a call at (855) 206-8286 if there's anything more we can assist you with.
