Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We have many quality tests to ensure our pads have the coverage, protection, and fit you expect, so we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the fit. In the most recent change to the Always Discreet 5 and 6 drop pads, we shortened the pad to improve comfort and overall discretion while wearing. We assure you that we have maintained the same absorbency as you had previously. So we can help find a longer pad that works best for you and learn more about your experience, please give us a call at (855) 206-8286, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.

We can assure you that a lot of thought goes into our pads, and we're always looking to bring you the latest innovations. We recently innovated these pads to improve the fit while maintaining the same amount of absorbency and protection. We recommend giving our 6 drop regular pads a try, and you're always welcome to give us a call at (855) 206-8286 if there's anything more we can assist you with.
