Awesome Product

These products have the best absorbency and odor control. I was using poise pads, but always has better everything.

They are less bulky and more absorbent than the others that are out there and much easier to walk with

This product works for me!

I have used this product for the past couple weeks. I felt more comfortable knowing I wouldn't have any leakage while out and about.

Super

I enjoyed the absorbency and the scent of this product. This is a great product and there are many choices that would be right for everyone.

Disappointed

I use #5 heavy long pads. Recently the packaging changed as well as the SIZE OF THE PADS TOO. About 2 inches shorter in length and a bit less wide.

reply from Customer Care

Thank you for sharing this with us! Please know that our products go through strict quality checks to ensure they provide only the best results! We continuously work to improve Always Discreet with research conducted with thousands who experience bladder leaks. We've made the 5-drop and 6-drop pads shorter to improve comfort and overall discretion while maintaining the same amount of absorbency you had previously. For a longer pad without increasing the thickness, we recommend moving up a drop size for that extra length you may need. So we can learn more about your experience and help you find the best pad to meet your needs, please give us a call at (855) 206-8286, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.

my problelm with the pads

The adhesive is not strong enough to stick to my underwear and they fold up and stick to me. Very bothersome.

Feel dry and confident

It's the only pad that gives me full coverage, isn't bulky, fits smoothly under clothes and absorbs thoroughly so I am ALWAYS dry and confident.
