She said it is a great pad to use when needed. Fits snugged that you can hardly feel that you have a pad on, yet is thick enough for those heavy leaks. Overall this pads are made very well, comfortable, good size and very absorbent.

They’re supposed to be used for bladder leaks but I’ve definitely used them on my period flow and works amazing. Comfortable, not thick at all. They have a very pleasant smell! I can’t imagine needing them any thicker, these truly feel perfect.

I’ve been using this product for a couple years and just bought a 2 pack of Size 5 long and I’ve found the pads to be so much smaller. I just don’t feel comfortable with these now. I’m going back to Poise. I originally switched because Always was a little cheaper well you’re showing me why now. POISE it is from now on.

It’s not bulky yet thick enough to prevent accidents. I have heavy cycles so I use this along with a tampon at night.
