[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this long pad. Great absorbance. I wear them at night and there is no bunching or moving. They protect me all night. I definitely recommend this to family and friends. I will definitely be buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Always Discreet pads were very absorbent. I tested the absorbency with a cup of water which the package claims the pad will hold . It held all that and more . It immediately swelled with a jelly like substance that instantly absorbed the wetness. The pads are small enough to be placed in your bag and be discreet and have a very scent that is pleasant and not overwhelming. .

They’re supposed to be used for bladder leaks but I’ve definitely used them on my period flow and works amazing. Comfortable, not thick at all. They have a very pleasant smell! I can’t imagine needing them any thicker, these truly feel perfect.

I had received a sample of the Always Discreet Maximum Long pads to try. I normally have light leakage so these pads were a bit more than I needed but if you like long pads, these will fit the bill. They were nice & long. To me they seemed a bit bulky but that might just be because I'm not used to wearing the larger pads. The material irritated my skin a bit but even the Always menstral pads will do that with me. Overall they did seem to be absorbant & they seemed to do a good job controlling any odors. Some people have commented that the pads are too thin & need wings because of leakage. I, myself, as a formerly obese person, always preferred the longer pads with wings so I would have to agree with those reviewers. As for being too thin & leaking, because my leakage is on the lighter side, I didn't have any problems with the width of the pad or any leakage. Overall if I had a more moderate leakage problem, I would probably give these pads a try.

They stayed put in place and did not bunch up on me. They did not show under my clothes. No one knew I was wearing them. This will be my go-to brand from now on due to its high performance.

Look good using old type first, not using yet.

Like a long sanitary pad not absorbent like poise. Will not buy again.
