I really like these pads because they are very absorbent and neutralize odor very well. I love the long length so that there is no leaks off the front or back of the pad. My only complaint was the scent was a bit too strong for my taste. Very good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so like anyone who has carried a baby and birthed them, I have slight incontinence whenever I sneeze. Not cool. I thought my only solution was to wear big bulky depends even though I'm only a 35 year old woman. Not an ideal thing, especially when they don't make a size big enough to fit over your new mom pouch that didn't go away even with exercise. But I digress, these Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads are an almost perfect fit in my panties, might have to get an extra long or overnight pad when I have a coughing fit at night, gravity works against me. Other than that, they're perfect solution to a pesky problem (I was also told pelvic floor exercises should help some, but when you have a stretched bladder stem like mine, there's only 2 solutions, incontinence pads or surgery which is a no thank you at the moment)

im not sure why you are still manufacturing these flimsy pads, they dontstick properly nor stay in place and makes you sound like you’re wearing a diaper. wake up in the morning, side wings and pad scrunched together like an accordion. bloody, messy, and they make your butt sweat more because they are definitely not breathable. wish i never tried your brand
