Normaly we use a diaper but he really hates them cause they are hot and uncomfortable. These were so comfy for him and they didnt cause any chafing. They were also not hit and sweaty. We used these during a really hot july week and they were still comfortable. They also kept him clean. They absorbed everything so there was barley anyhting on his skin. He was very happy with these.

I thought my only solution was to wear big bulky depends even though I'm only a 35 year old woman. Not an ideal thing, especially when they don't make a size big enough to fit over your new mom pouch that didn't go away even with exercise. But I digress, these Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads are an almost perfect fit in my panties, might have to get an extra long or overnight pad when I have a coughing fit at night, gravity works against me. Other than that, they're perfect solution to a pesky problem (I was also told pelvic floor exercises should help some, but when you have a stretched bladder stem like mine, there's only 2 solutions, incontinence pads or surgery which is a no thank you at the moment)

I recently bought several packages of 5 Longs. I get one out of the package and right away I can see something is different. I thought I had accidentally not gotten longs, I have done that before. Nope! Not the case. I compared the pad to one from a previous package, it is like 2 inches shorter! Probably the same length as a regular!! I need long, that is why I bought long!! Now what option do I have, other than adding a liner to the back of my underwear like I have had to do when I accidentally didn't get longs? I have been using these pads for YEARS. You won me away from Poise but it looks like I may have to go back. Not happy!
