I used always pads for my period before I became incontinent. Actually used them for awhile for my leaking issues. When I found out about Discreet I was so excited. And when I finally got them I was only partially disappointed. My disappointment? I miss the wings. Other than that a really great product. One I would recommend to anyone!

They reach from the back of my underwear to the front. Have not experienced any embarrassing leakage, because the pad covers the entire length and width of my panties. The shield ensures that I am dry, even if have a accident. Very discreet, does not display the signs that you are wearing a pad, even in your tightest fitted clothing. Love these pads!

But when I tried it it worked very well. It has like a guide on the sides that will prevent it from overflowing. It works very well

While I do not always easy, I find that they are very handy when I do choose them, and I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for pads. So disappointed when I received the new packaging product for size 5 heavy longs. I have put one on top of the original size 5 heavy long and the new improved comes out shorter and not as wide. So disappointed with the company to do this switch on its consumers and claim new look.
