[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to wearing pads I usually have issues because my skin can be pretty sensitive but these were fantastic. The material is almost cotton like and feels soft against the skin and is delicate so when you move around it not causing friction and rashes. Another great thing is the adhesive is enough to stay in place but not so strong where you feel like it’s tearing when you take it off or leaving adhesive behind. Also these absorb super well so I don’t feel uncomfortable when I have to wait to change my pad right away. They also don’t look super thick so it doesn’t feel or look like your wearing a diaper they almost feel like just wearing regular underwear so they are extremely discrete. Overall I’m very happy with these and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something for slight leakage after prostate cancer surgery. Men's guards are too bulky and the shields were too thin and small. These Always Discreet Heavy Long pad work pretty good for my needs. They are a bit too long, so I have to cut them down, but it's nice to be able to wear regular underwear during the day with these pads.

They stay in place all day with no bunching or getting squished. They are long enough to stay completely covered and are very discreet under all types of my clothing. Definitely recommend.

I wish I knew more about my core body and pelvic floor years ago. Occasionally the bladder is not your friend post children. Do those pelvic floor exercises!!! In the meantime, this product will help you be most comfortable.

Wearing white jeans or white shorts in the summer, you never want an accident so I only trust pads I know that work. Love the design

I love the feeling of freedom these pads provide. The pads are lightly scented with an appealing scent. Love this product.
