[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s extremely thin, I prefer ones that are a bit thicker. It’s a bit wide as well. Great for lighter days towards the end of my cycle. Didn’t notice any odor. Didn’t care for the synthetic material, I prefer ones that are more cotton.

These work better than the other brand I was using and cover more of my underwear. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleasantly surprised that these pads worked. I have been wearing adult diapers because they just seemed to make me feel more confident. I've been wearing these pads, and no diapers, for the last 4 days and they do exactly as they are supposed to work. My daughter even tried them for her period and she loves them also. They have a dry core in the middle of the pad so I do not even feel the wetness. They are long, you get 39 pads. And they have a nice, lite, clean scent also. I will be using these from now on.

I’ve been using this product for a couple years and just bought a 2 pack of Size 5 long and I’ve found the pads to be so much smaller. I just don’t feel comfortable with these now. I’m going back to Poise. I originally switched because Always was a little cheaper well you’re showing me why now. POISE it is from now on.

I received the Always Discreet Pads Maximum long to try and i find these ideal for me. They are thin and longer and provide the best protection for me against wetness and odor. They fit snugly in place and do not move around. I Like that no one can tell i am wearing it.

Not only are they comfortable but I don't have to worry about any leakage. I have heavy periods so these are perfect since I feel confident in these that there isn't any leakage. I am always active with my 3 kids and they stay in place. I'd definitely recommend these.

I had received a sample of the Always Discreet Maximum Long pads to try. I normally have light leakage so these pads were a bit more than I needed but if you like long pads, these will fit the bill. They were nice & long. To me they seemed a bit bulky but that might just be because I'm not used to wearing the larger pads. The material irritated my skin a bit but even the Always menstral pads will do that with me. Overall they did seem to be absorbant & they seemed to do a good job controlling any odors. Some people have commented that the pads are too thin & need wings because of leakage. I, myself, as a formerly obese person, always preferred the longer pads with wings so I would have to agree with those reviewers. As for being too thin & leaking, because my leakage is on the lighter side, I didn't have any problems with the width of the pad or any leakage. Overall if I had a more moderate leakage problem, I would probably give these pads a try.
