I like the fact that these are extra long so I get full coverage from front to back. I used to have to double up on my pads and over lap them to make them long so I would get the coverage. I like the fact that I no longer worry about accidents while I move or sleep. They stayed in place and gave me the coverage I needed.

They are comfortable for it being a pad. I will be buying more. The quality is good and the price is reasonable. I recommend!

I am usually very sensitive and get rashes easy. I definitely recommend the Always Discreet pads. They are comfortable and not bulky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using the Always brand for incontinence protection.As someone who suffers from frequent bladder leaks, I was hesitant to try yet another pad that would not provide the protection I needed. But these pads exceeded my expectations! Overall good protection from the "I need a little extra something incase I sneeze at an event where I can't get to the bathroom often" to "light incontinence throughout the day". Overall the quality was great and wearing this throughout the day(got lucky and didn't sneeze) found the pad didn't pull part and held up well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i never thought i would need these but now that i do, i'm glad i have these as an option. these are not thick and bulky like you would think pads for incontinence leaks would be. these are significantly thinners than others. its great for those sneezes or those times when things just sneak up on your or when you think you have enough time and you really do not. they are long enough to hold some decent flow. as much as i may not want these i need these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are very absorbent. They are discreet. I prefer the fit of the extra long pads, though. I am a larger woman and this length just isn't quite long enough for me. But, they are high quality and feel very nice. They do not bunch up.
