The absorbent core keeps the skin dry and with no leaks. I like the lightly-scented OdorLock technology that helps to neutralize odors . Since I do sometimes sleep on my back, I don’t have any problem with leaks like I have in the past. Day or night Always Discreet are the only pads I use!

The sides of the pad protect from leaking out so you don’t even need the wings. They stay put and are very comfortable to use. They would be great for postpartum also.

They have a lot of absorbancy with out being bulky between your legs. The adhesive strip has a nice stayput stick doesnt come off untill you pull it off I would highly recomend them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for post partum. Right after you’ve given birth you need to wear the long pads and mesh undies or diapers. I actually like to use these right after that stage. When I’m wearing normal undies but still need the extra coverage.

I purchased the moderate long size pads because of leakage I have had before. The pads are not wide enough to control leakage on the sides especially if the leak is severe. Also, the pad didn't stick well to my underwear. I think something with wings that wrap around would be helpful. Try again Always!!
