Packaged individually, the pads are longer than most pads of the same type. This means one can go a longer time without having to worry about an accidental leakage and being embarrassed due to soiled clothing. Because the pads are discreetly packaged, they can be kept in a purse, car, or desk without having to worry about them being detected. The slim fit is comfortable even with snug-fitting clothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discrete heavy long pads are great, however the pads themselves produce a very potent scent. Typically I don't buy pads with a scent because of sensitivity issues. Personally, I don't think I will buy these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Always Been a huge fan of Always Products, especially these always Discreet Heavy Long Pads. These are great to travel with and always have on hand. These pads stay put and offer protection whether it is for light days or, minor leakage they work great. I used several other brands before, but I must say these are in the top 5 for most comfortable pad. These pad keep you dry from daily discharge, period leaks, and light incontinence. These pad absorb faster the most pads while helping keep wetness at bay. They are slim and discrete, so good for beginning ,middle and ending your cycle. The adhesive stays put and keeps the pad in place. They also keep order at bay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I chose these I did not realize they were for bladder leaks. So I can't really say if they work well for that but they are great for periods. They are comfortable and don't feel bulky. I didn't have any problems with leaks either.

I like knowing that I am protected against any leaks that may happen while wearing these pads. They are discreet and it isn't noticeable that I am wearing anything for the type of protection that I need. I wear these pads during the day and night as needed. They do have a slight odor control scent that is very faint. I appreciate that these pads give me the peace of mind knowing that I can conquer the day without worrying about accidents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This project has been handy for me during times where I need the extra protection from bladder leaks. I love the longer size with the pad still being relatively thin. The only downside is that the sides do tend to roll up from time to time.

Suddenly it seems all the discreet pads are disgustingly scented. I have wasted so much money thinking that I am getting unscented only to smell that horrible scent as soon as I open the shipping box. Do I have to try to find a new product out there? Please change back to unscented, this is horrible.
