The package had a really strong fragrance that I thought would be noticeable. I was pleasantly surprised that the pads were as absorbent as they were, based on how thin the pad was. Also, I didn't notice the fragrance, so I guess it neutralized any odor the pad might have had after use.

They also keep the odor in to avoid any embarrassing moments. The pad isn't bulky or uncomfortable like others I have tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I chose these I did not realize they were for bladder leaks. So I can't really say if they work well for that but they are great for periods. They are comfortable and don't feel bulky. I didn't have any problems with leaks either.

I've been using them for years over Poise. Now you have changed the design and they don't work. My panties are wet through the pad. The material is different and the design is different and it is not effective anymore. I'm very disappointed with the new design.

I share the concern of other commenters that the new, highly scented Always pads are horrible. And in addition to the awful smell, they are more narrow than the original product (5 drops) I've been using for several years. Your product development team seriously missed on this so called 'improvement'. I've switched to another product and will not resume purchasing the Always brand unless you go back to the original pad.

It protects and keeps my dry from leaks, leaving a refreshed feeling all day long. I'll definitely stay well stocked in these pads.
