They are comfortable to wear and also to know the protection they provide when needed. Quickly and discreetly wicked away uncontrollable leaks giving me both comfort and confidence that I did not need to run directly to the bathroom.

I seems like you are wearing nothing. They are well made and a very good value as far as I'm concerned. I went through several brands before I was introduced to these and will never use anything else. I actually got my mother to switch. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads a few days ago and I like them - I can't say that I love them because they are huge and they are, after all, feminine products. I do like them better than the panties that I sometimes wear for incontinence and, if I still had my period, I would love them to sleep with to keep from ruining my sheets. They come individually wrapped which is nice to be able to carry them inconspicuously in your purse - after use, if you keep the wrapper, you can dispose of them in the same wrapper. They are about 10.5 inches long and about 4 inches across. They have good adhesive strip on the back that goes the entire length of the pad and they don't bunch up or slide around. All in all, I'd say that these are my favorite feminine protection.

These pads are much thinner and more comfortable than the other top brands I've been using. And they absorb liquid better than the competing brands and don't feel like a soaking wet sponge. Always don't allow leaks over the sides and the long length provides more coverage and material to absorb keeping underwear and clothing dry.
