I love the leak guards on these pads. I have severe bladder leakage (even surgery did not work) so this pad was not as good as I had thought it would be for my needs. I look forward to Discreet being on the shelves and hope that there is a thicker pad that will be as comfortable as this sample. They are a nice long size and come lightly scented. They stayed in place and didn't move around. I like that they have a rapid dry core and that you get 39 in a package.

The size is great as I’m a bigger girl, I don’t feel like I will leak ever! They do not feel like I am wearing a diaper and the odor protection is on point. The double leak guard is what makes this product superior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads a few days ago and I like them - I can't say that I love them because they are huge and they are, after all, feminine products. I do like them better than the panties that I sometimes wear for incontinence and, if I still had my period, I would love them to sleep with to keep from ruining my sheets. They come individually wrapped which is nice to be able to carry them inconspicuously in your purse - after use, if you keep the wrapper, you can dispose of them in the same wrapper. They are about 10.5 inches long and about 4 inches across. They have good adhesive strip on the back that goes the entire length of the pad and they don't bunch up or slide around. All in all, I'd say that these are my favorite feminine protection.
