I used always pads for my period before I became incontinent. Actually used them for awhile for my leaking issues. When I found out about Discreet I was so excited. And when I finally got them I was only partially disappointed. My disappointment? I miss the wings. Other than that a really great product. One I would recommend to anyone!

They come in a range of different sizes, and you can't detect that I am wearing the pad. I highly recommend these pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these pads a couple of weeks ago, before trying them out in a real life situation I wanted to test their absorbability. I did a non scientific test, using a 1/4 cup of water and pouring directly onto the pad, I waited 30 seconds and touched the top of the pad, where it would touch a person’s skin… and it was dry! So I repeated the pouring of 1/4 of a coup of water 2 more times… still dry after the water had a chance to settle into the pad. These pads will definitely stand up to bladder leakage and still keep your skin dry! I would definitely purchase them again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The length of the pad was a little surprising. When the packaging says long, it means it. There really wasn't any scent to the pad. The rapid dry core and the side protectors are great features to help against leakage. The pad had a good adhesive but did start to come loose at both ends because it is so long. I am not used to a pad this thick so it felt a little bulky at first but I got used to it quickly. The product comes in a plastic bag. I prefer boxes for storage purposes. The quantity in the bag seemed odd--39 in a box. Must be a manufacturing decision. Overall, if you need something that can really tackle leaks, this will do the trick.

So disappointed when I received the new packaging product for size 5 heavy longs. I have put one on top of the original size 5 heavy long and the new improved comes out shorter and not as wide. So disappointed with the company to do this switch on its consumers and claim new look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discrete heavy long pads are great, however the pads themselves produce a very potent scent. Typically I don't buy pads with a scent because of sensitivity issues. Personally, I don't think I will buy these.
