[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Heavy Pads have an absorbency level of 5 drops so they are suitable for heavier days. I like knowing that I am protected against any leaks that may happen while wearing these pads. They are discreet and it isn't noticeable that I am wearing anything for the type of protection that I need. I wear these pads during the day and night as needed. They do have a slight odor control scent that is very faint. I appreciate that these pads give me the peace of mind knowing that I can conquer the day without worrying about accidents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are good quality and truly are absorbent. They come individually wrapped which is a great convenience. My only reason for giving it a 4 star rating is because gor the life of me I can't figure out why they are so long. Too long in my opinion otherwise a fantastic product.

I have been using the Discreet 5 for quite some time now for bladder leakage, and have been very happy with them. But recently I purchased a package of Discreet 5’s and they must have been a newer design. Could tell the difference immediately. First of all the sticky tab was purple, pad felt thicker, and was wider and very comfortable. Purchased another package at another store and they were the usual Discreet #5. Am wondering if you are experimenting with making them different? If so, I really vote for the thicker, wider one with the purple sticky tab. There definitely is a difference. I have purchased the Discreet 6 but feel they are just too long for me and I am not as happy with them as I am the 5’s. But...the 5’s are too becoming much harder to find in stores.

Thanks to my two greatest blessings, I am no longer able to laugh, cough, or sneeze without fear of peeing in my pants a bit. Luckily, I found these pads! They’re not bulky and feel more like a panty liner than a pad, yet they hold more liquid and leave you and your panties protected. I highly recommend!

They have a lot of absorbancy with out being bulky between your legs. The adhesive strip has a nice stayput stick doesnt come off untill you pull it off I would highly recomend them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet heavy long pads is the best feminine product for my period monthly. The pads are comfortable to wear and i change my pads maybe every 2 hours. It doesnt have strong scent and easy to dispose after the product.

Not what they used to be. Loved them back in the 90s but now the whole dang pad is made of mostly plastic and it absorbs absolutely NOTHING!!! I am having my first period in 8years. I have been on continuous bc since DD was born. I forgot to bring pills on vacation and got period. Always first night leaked through underwear and a skort clear through not just the shorts part but the outer covering of the skirt too! Night 2 I added a bunch of rolled up paper towels on top of the pad. Still leaked through pad, underwear, and a pair of shorts. Night #3 switched to Poise products and guess what no leaks. Always went in the trash along with all the clothes they caused to be ruined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are great for heavy flow days. They're extra long so it reaches all the way form from yo back for full protection and coverage. The pads have a curved scrunch on the sides to provide flexibility. it reminds me of a babies diaper but it you don't feel bothered by it. Super absorbing and doesn't let any leaks slip through. it is great for both during the day when you're active but also at night with little movement.
