[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet heavy long pads are great but they didn't hold me. I used them at night before bed and woke up a couple of hours later the pad didn't hold and started leaking. Very thin pad to be called for heavy usages.

After looking it up online, I explored incontinence pads. These Always discreet is very much like pads but with better absorbency. There is a nice "size" chart based on the size of panty and absorbency level.

I did test this and found that once the pad gets fuller, more of the liquid took longer to absorb. Also, if you do have this much liquid, you will not remain dry. In the photo, the paper towel in the back was placed on the pad after it was full and got completely wet. I also think this might be way too long for a pad. It would be uncomfortable towards the back end.

This item is good and it definitely gets the job done, but there are generics that do as well. I am on the fence about this one
