I hate when my underwear gets stained. They are also quite absorbent. They are the only pads I wear during my heaviest flow.

I don’t use any other brand, I highly recommend if you have a heavy flow like me to use these. I used to use 2 pads in my underwear but with these I only need one. It’s great.

I have worn them several times, both during the day and at night and I am very pleased with how dry I stay and how comfortable they are. I feel completely protected and feel comfortable wearing any type of clothing while wearing these. You cannot even tell I am wearing the pad. I do not have heavy control problems (yet) but I do have issues which this product addresses. I am very happy to see Always brand paying attention to the diverse needs of women.

I tried this product several times...but this is the last time. I'm not sure if something changed with them but they sucked. They were not quick to absorb liquid...which let to a couple potentially embarrassing moments and a lot of inconvenient moments. Not worth the risk. I want security. Terrible product.
