I love that they are extra long compared to other brands . Can wear discreetly and nobody should notice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm not a fan of it but it's not a major deal. It doesn't have wings but that is also okay it doesn't move as much but I like to use these overnight.

The absorbency is just right. After having kids I get little accidents when I have to lift up heavy things or even picking up my toddlers but having this on lets me have peace of mind.

Not what they used to be. Loved them back in the 90s but now the whole dang pad is made of mostly plastic and it absorbs absolutely NOTHING!!! I am having my first period in 8years. I have been on continuous bc since DD was born. I forgot to bring pills on vacation and got period. Always first night leaked through underwear and a skort clear through not just the shorts part but the outer covering of the skirt too! Night 2 I added a bunch of rolled up paper towels on top of the pad. Still leaked through pad, underwear, and a pair of shorts. Night #3 switched to Poise products and guess what no leaks. Always went in the trash along with all the clothes they caused to be ruined.

This Always Discreet Heavy Long Pad totally fits the bill. Since I began using them I haven’t had a single breakthrough. I love how thin they are but still catches what it needs to catch. They also pack great in a suitcase because they’re so thin. Also I love how they roll up so neatly and fits back into itself to throw away. There is nothing to dislike and everything to love about this pad.

I have not had any trouble with Always brand. They work wonderful, absorbs excellent and keeps me feeling dry. I will only use Always brand from here on out. Thank You
