I have used these pads for years. Same size 5 long. I recently bought a package in the dark purple with New and Improved stamped on it. I felt they were not quite as long as they used to be. I then bought another package in the original version and packaging. I compared the two versions and they were in fact smaller. I just bought another package of the New and Improved ones hoping the first had been a fluke.... No such luck. Why did they have to go and fix something that wasn't broken. I am going to be shopping other brands at this point. Unhappy longtime customer.

For the heavy flow days these are a good choice. I would recommend this product to women who struggle to find a good pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s extremely thin, I prefer ones that are a bit thicker. It’s a bit wide as well. Great for lighter days towards the end of my cycle. Didn’t notice any odor. Didn’t care for the synthetic material, I prefer ones that are more cotton.

I would say if I could suggest one thing it would be make a more natural shape. The sides are pretty straight and if it were more hourglass it would stay put better.

I like that they are extra long as this makes me feel secure that they will catch bladder leaks when I am active. They are great for day wear as well as for overnight. I definitely recommend them.
