[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Always Discreet Heavy Long Pads and I'm impressed. These are certainly discreet and absorb very well. I appreciate the thinner size. These aren't bulky and stay in place. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are good. They stick well and stay in place. Not super great for fast heavy flow, but just fine otherwise. I don't love the scent, but will definitely look for the unscented version in the future.

I have been using these pads for the last 4-5 years and they were perfect. The last couple purchases have been decidedly shorter . At first I thought I might have gotten one branded wrong but the next was the same. So disappointing. Guess I’ll have to search some other brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the fact that they absorb more than other similar products and that they covered more area making me feel better when sitting that I had coverage front to back. I did find that even though the pads remained stuck on the underwear throughout the day they tended to bunch up. This made it uncomfortable since I was unsure if I would stain or have an "accident" at work because of it shifting.

The long pad provides the protection needed for overflow when trying to sleep through the night. The only part missing is no wings to help keep it fully in place.

They last a while before you have to change them. The pads aren’t that noticeable under clothes which I really like.I would 10/10 recommend these!

She said they do work for bladder leakage and they fit good in the underwear and don't move they have amazingly absorbent and I believe that these pads would be great to use for your monthly cycle oh and you are left with a dry feeling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are thin until they absorb liquid. A little will not make a difference, but a true leak and you’ll know it’s time to chsngytgr pad. I’ve used these for my urinary lack of retention due to my paralysis. They work well enough for me to avoid accidental problems.
