My kids (1 and 3) love this already. I will say that most things where not really labeled properly so putting together was slightly confusing we had 6 adults and put it together in about 4 hours the tower took the most work. My oldest calls it a castle. This overall will have endless fun and grow with them also no annual upkeep like wood sets which is a huge plus in my book.

Kids absolutely love this swing set, quality materials. The anchor system i feel should be sturdier. We used the two cable anchors sent to anchor down the monkey bars, and anchored the tower down inside with 4 fence post tied down, the play set survived 70+ MPH wind with no shifting or damage!

Absolutely great customer service, called to customer service multiple times to Ask questions about the playset before purchasing it. We live in a neighborhood with a very strict HOA and wanted to make sure the materials were accepted. We bought Lifetime Adventure Tower with Monkey Bars, easy to assemble and my son loves it. Also Company honors military families, something that is being lost today in our Great Country.

Was fun and fairly easy to put together. It was my 17 year old daughter and myself who did most of the work with some help from my 11 & 4 year old daughters as well. My wife and myself can both be swinging at the same time with very little movement. Great investment.

The playset is perfect -- installation was reasonably priced (would have been quickly installed had the weather not rained us out 3 times - but the installer was great with communication) -- and their customer service department was very efficient. I am super happy and my kids are enjoying it alot! Just wish I'd opted more a total of 4 swings to stop the arguments... :)

bought this for my grand childern ages from 5-12 and they absolutley love it and we do to the quality is amazing this is a very strong and extremely well made .so many activities for them to do its truly an awsome swing set would highly reccomend

Excellent quality product! We are very happy with it! Super sturdy and assembly wasn’t horrible. We assembled the tower frame over 2 nights in our garage while it was raining then moved it out back for the rest. It took two of us about 10 hours with breaks to fully assemble. Definitely download the app for awesome instructions as the paper instructions can be a bit confusing sometimes. Overall great experience and I would recommend to everyone!

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. The Lifetime Adventure Tower with Monkey Bars is durable, made of quality parts, and is plenty large enough to last a long time for our two kids who are currently 6 & 8. They have been playing on it non-stop since we set it up. The set up took my husband and I far less time than we were anticipating. It only took us one full day plus 1 hour the following day. And we took our time. It's a fantastic, solid structure. We couldn't be happier with this product! It truly is made to be the best of the best!

I'm still building the playset and needed help with a part that blew away in a wind storm. Other than a long wait time to get a person, the experience was great. The customer service agent was very helpful in finding the right part and getting it ordered.
