Great product! Really solid and easy to put together. Great instructions and they even have videos to watch if you need it. Didn’t have any problems with holes lining up. Put together myself over span of two days with a little assistance from the wife when connecting the swings to the tower.

I bought the tower play set for our grandson and when we assembled it we came up missing 4 bolts. We called 800 number and they sent them right away. Thank you for not keeping us waiting for parts. Appreciate the rush! Thank you for quality employees and products.

This swing set seems very sturdy and resistant to the elements. I found the assembly instructions to be very clear, simple and easy to understand. The only thing I feel it might need is better anchoring tie downs but I’ve found my own system that works well. I love that it’s made in the USA!

So far it’s okay. The delivery was by far the most frustrating part. I wish for the price it had a little more complexity in the design as far as more play spaces or things to do.

I love this set, and it was definitely easy to build with just my husband and me. However, some manufacturer defects in the bars' holes require some significant brute force, but it's held up well for my neighbor for the past several years, and so far, it has held up for us.

The instructions can be confusing at times. The anchor at the end is horrible. We could not get the metal rod out. It is protruding from the dirt and is a Hazzard. Some of the holes did not match and we had to drill new holes. Other than that the kids are enjoying it.

Every time I spoke to someone in customer service regarding replacement parts for my playset I ended the call thinking I was fully satisfied, however each time the order showed up it was missing parts. This is the fourth time I had to call them trying to get an anchor kit for my playset which was originally requested 3 weeks ago. I’m beginning to know why the companies name is LIFETIME, because while the customer service is great, it takes a lifetime to actually acquire all the parts you need. Hopefully this time they will get the order straight, hey look, my playset just blew down the street!

Seriously sad to write this. We waited over a month for delivery and were so excited but building this was a nightmare. Nothing seemed to line up holes wise, then a ton of holes don't exist? You're supposed to drill them out with the screws which took forever. Now that it's put together it's great except the slide is faster than a nascar racetrack. My grandsons go flying down so fast they skid across the ground so getting some padding to put under. :(

Bought 4-5 years ago if I remember right. One of my grandkids asked what something was and looked under the floor and it had totally rusted out and was not even connected anymore! We had to take anyways for the kids to play on. TOTALLY UNSAFE!!! PLEASE INSPECT YOURS!!!

I bought this for children at my daycare the age requirements show 3-12 yrs old. This is a true hazard for young children as there is 3 large openings for a 5' fall should they get too close to the edge on top. The design is NOT for younger children. The state will not allow this structure in the playground!
