Definitely worth the money we paid. It came with all the parts. Nothing was missing. Everything was in great condition. Lifetime is a great name for these products because it is so strong. It will last a lifetime. I could not be happier with my purchase of course the time to put it together is quite extensive, it took three days and three adults to fully assemble it but even with that it definitely was worth it.

These guys at the St George store were really great to work with. They patiently waited on me, a customer, who was full of questions and changed his mind numerous times while making his purchase decisions. I highly recommend buying from them, paying to have them deliver, and have them do the install. I purchased a shed, a oversized patio box, and a play set. Lifetime here offered a wood base for the shed at cost which made it convenient to purchase with the other items. Three installers showed up and had the whole thing installed in short order. The grandkids love everything including grandpas shed which they think as their play house.

I purchased a used Adventure Tower Playset between 2 - 3 years old in Florida. The playset is in great condition! There was some rust but nothing serious (bolts / screws) and it was all easily replaceable through LifeTime. Ordering the parts was very simple as I emailed LifeTime with the Unit # and part numbers (from the manual). I expect this Playset to hold value for the next five years or more and I will be able to resell it when my kids have outgrown it. Thank you!

I'm still building the playset and needed help with a part that blew away in a wind storm. Other than a long wait time to get a person, the experience was great. The customer service agent was very helpful in finding the right part and getting it ordered.

Absolutely great customer service, called to customer service multiple times to Ask questions about the playset before purchasing it. We live in a neighborhood with a very strict HOA and wanted to make sure the materials were accepted. We bought Lifetime Adventure Tower with Monkey Bars, easy to assemble and my son loves it. Also Company honors military families, something that is being lost today in our Great Country.

I have a 7 and 3 year old who absolutely love the playset. However, because the way the ladder curves my just barely 3 year old has real hard time climbing up and has fallen through twice, luckily we have rubber mulch to protect her fall but would be nice if Lifetime had multiple options of ladders or stairs to allow independence for young climbers. Given time 3 year old will learn to climb herself but for now mom or dad must assist and spot her.

The kids love this play set!! It was a little intimidating to put together at first because there are so many pieces but in all actuality it wasn’t very difficult at all. It took my husband and I about 8 hours on a Sunday to put together. All the pieces & hardware were there & Lifetime even included an extra packet of various screws-which definitely came in handy as a few screws got stripped by the drill. We haven’t even had it a week & it’s already provided hours of enjoyment for the kiddos. It’s made nicely & even better made in the USA. The only setback is that not all pieces are labeled, if they were it would make putting it together a lot faster.

This product is really nice. I assembled the entire play set by myself, so if you are out there and you have no help, it is doable. I was concerned about my 20 month old not being able to climb the ladder, she climbs it just fine, I do stand beside her just in case though. I did make several mistakes when building it though. I would build so far until I realized that something wasn't right, then I would go back and fix it, which was easy enough, just time consuming. The only thing I would change if I was a engineer at Lifetime is install another step or two at the top of the ladder. In fact, I may contact them on trying to get a couple more.

Lifetime makes fantastic products all the way around! This is our second jungle gym we’ve bought from them. The first was in the backyard of our first home and I had every intention on taking it with us when we moved, but the buyers wanted it to stay with the house. We bought this set for our new home and it is just as wonderful. Get help when putting it together though!

We bought this 2 months ago for our boys (6&7) one of which has a slight weight problem. Since we set it up we have had a hard time getting them to come inside. My son has only lost a few pounds but has built muscle and toned up a lot. Thanks so much for getting them out from in front of t.v. and tablets! The have so much fun!!
