We bought this a few months ago and absolutely loved it. But with Covid19 it has been 10x more fun. I had Lifetime assemble it and was well worth the money. It is extremely sturdy and safe. My only complaint is that I wish the the slide had a bit more of a gentle ending. It tends to launch 2 year old off the bottom so we have to catch her everytime.

I just finished assembly of the adventure tower playset this weekend that I ordered online. For the most part I was excited to get this because it appeared much better quality than the standard cedar ones found in the big box stores. Unfortunately, I got different parts than were shown in product detail pictures and that are shown in the lifetime assembly videos online. 1) Most significantly, the swing bar came in two pieces, vs. the one piece that I was expecting. You can actually see it shift back and forth at the connection when weight is put on the inner vs outer trapeze bar (yes, fasteners are adequately tightened). I can only guess they shortened the bar to make it easier to ship, but this is an unacceptable quality compromise. 2) The roof was a different design (octogon vs round) and I believe much more difficult to assemble than the ones shown in the assembly videos online. Some of the included hardware was just too short. 3) The swing A frame comes in multiple pieces as well. This has more of a force fit than the swing bar so it seems more structurally sound, but it still had a few extra confusing assembly steps. 4) The slide I received came in two pieces, and appears less curvy than what is pictured in the many product pictures out there. The connection seems sound, but I specifically went with this product to avoid multi-piece slides so common in other play sets. Overall, I was excited about this purchase because many people seem happy with this set, but I guess due to cost savings measures they have changed the product for the worse. I find the two piece swing bar especially disappointing given the quality I was expecting.

We have had this set since May 2014. I got it for my kids and grandkids. My 17 year old and her friends play on it. My 24 year old autistic sonenjoys his time on it as well. My 6 1/2 year old visually impaired (and short for her age) child loves it as well. She hasn't had any problems navigating the equipment since we did hand over hand to orient her. The 4 year old grandson has learned to move like a monkey at the zoo and we are shopping for a bucket infant/toddler swing for the 7 month old to start joining in the fun. Nothing takes the place of adult supervision and guidance. My oldest daughter and I put it together ourselves. It took a while since we had the help of my autistic son. It supports all sizes and needs of our household and even gives the teens (and adults) a place to get back in touch with their inner child. We bought this to accommodate his size as well as give room for the others to grow and play.

We bought this for our kids a few years ago and they still love it more than ever! The quality is great and very durable. It is a few years old and still looks new. It is definitely better than buying a wooden play set. We are thrilled with our lifetime play set. We have purchase many other products from lifetime as well and are always pleased with there quality and the enjoyment that they provide for our family. I highly recommend this product.

I erected this product and it was a great play structure for my kids and their friends. A few months later we had severe weather and extremely strong winds. The winds picked this up a carried it nearly 100 feet before placing it not so gently back on the ground on its side. (I did not have it anchored properly). I got online and found the parts list I needed and called customer service. I was connected to a very helpful lady that was very patient with me. She done a wonderful job putting together the order I need to replace the bent parts. I was extremely happy with this product and the customer service Lifetime provided me. I will purchase more products from Lifetime in the future not only because I think this product is quality but as important the lady in customer service was so pleasant to work with. 5 star product 5 star customer service. We just bought this set and our kids love it! We bought it during the COVID-19 social distancing time, so delivery was just offered at the end of the driveway with one man removing it from the large truck. As far as assembly, it takes a while, so be prepared! It took 3 days total, but working about 2-3 hours each of those 3 days...but it was worth it. The kids love the swings, slide, and monkey bars. I can even stand straight in the tower (I’m 5’4”). We are very happy with our purchase and I would recommend it. I may look at purchasing the stabilizer set in the future.

We love this playset but do not love how easily it blew across our yard, taking out trees in the process, and narrowly missing our house. It ended in a heap of twisted metal and broken plastic. The wind was minimal at the time and the sandbox immediately adjacent to the playset did not even have the lid blown off. I watched in horror as the whole thing unfolded; a construction worker next door saw it happen too and came running to make sure everyone was okay. Luckily no kids were on the playset at the time! I do not know if I can, in good conscience, recommend a playset that has the potential to do this. The playset weighs a lot, so the design must be faulty in order to create an uplift that can carry something so big.

Really 4.5 stars, a few suggestions before you tackle this. Pay extra close attention when installing the floor and triple check you have the right orientation. This will be evident by the divots on the floor to attach the slide and climbing rails being in the proper locations. The youtube video is a wonderful resource so be sure to utilize it. I put this set together by myself and it took about 20 hours, however there is a step or two where you absolutely need an extra hand. Also lifetime only provides two ground stakes which is not sufficient. Go ahead and get 6 extra to secure every pole to really make the set secure. These really should be included for the price of this set. Also, if you do not have a battery impact wrench go ahead and get one to build this set. The instructions list that a drill is sufficient but the impact wrench is much better for securing nuts and bolts. In the video they use an impact wrench also.

I purchased this play set intending for it to last a while with the claims not to crack or rot, etc. it has rusted all over and the supports holding the platform are nearly rusted through making it unsafe. I’m very disappointed that this only lasted a few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this playset! My 2 year old learned right away how to climb the ladder! Only gripe is with the hanging swing bar... it immediately got like water in it somehow and is leaking an orange rust thing..
