[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this abyear now and our kids love it. There's lots of different ways to play and they have a blast. I elected to build it myself, this is a two man job. I did it by myself and really could have used some help. When I got stuck I called support and they were great. Would be nice if it came with 3 anchors, one for the tower and each A frame leg. As with lifetime, what a great playset!

We love this play ground it is large has lots of features and will keep the kids playing for years. My major complaint is the paint on the monkey bars is so slippery yet the paint on the pole is sticky. My kids have fallen several times and because it is so high it is dangerous for little ones.

I want to emphasize that this is a spectacular swingset. It was complicated to assemble, but reasonable considering the size. Just make sure you plan a full day or two if you have consistent help. It was about what I expected. The only problem I had is the boxes were missing one of the hardware bags (some roof hardware). The missing bag is not listed on the packing list, but it is mentioned in the instructions. I suspect everybody who buys this set will be missing this bag because of it lacking on the packing list. Even with the missing bag, I would give this set 5 STARS except they said I would have it in 4 to 6 days and it has taken 10 days. Considering I am building this for my in-laws and I am from out of town, this is a big problem because it doesn't leave me with a lot of time to finish. SPECTACULAR SWINGSET though.

I erected this product and it was a great play structure for my kids and their friends. A few months later we had severe weather and extremely strong winds. The winds picked this up a carried it nearly 100 feet before placing it not so gently back on the ground on its side. (I did not have it anchored properly). I got online and found the parts list I needed and called customer service. I was connected to a very helpful lady that was very patient with me. She done a wonderful job putting together the order I need to replace the bent parts. I was extremely happy with this product and the customer service Lifetime provided me. I will purchase more products from Lifetime in the future not only because I think this product is quality but as important the lady in customer service was so pleasant to work with. 5 star product 5 star customer service. I bought this playset for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. She plays on it everyday, and enjoys the swings, slide, rock wall, climbing ladder, and the monkey bar, even the tower area is a nice shaded place to play with her toys on a flat surface. I am impressed with the quality and functionality of the play set. I know this playset will last for many years and get tons of use. Definitely worth the price, and ours was assembled and installed professionally in about 4 hours. Very happy with our purchase! Thank you Lifetime Products! :)

Playset came quickly, installation scheduled quickly. We had issues with the initial installation tech but LifeTime was GREAT at helping us rectify the issues and had everything fixed up for us very quickly. They were professional, extremely responsive and helpful. This set has already provided a TON of fun for kids ages 3-11.

We have had this set since May 2014. I got it for my kids and grandkids. My 17 year old and her friends play on it. My 24 year old autistic sonenjoys his time on it as well. My 6 1/2 year old visually impaired (and short for her age) child loves it as well. She hasn't had any problems navigating the equipment since we did hand over hand to orient her. The 4 year old grandson has learned to move like a monkey at the zoo and we are shopping for a bucket infant/toddler swing for the 7 month old to start joining in the fun. Nothing takes the place of adult supervision and guidance. My oldest daughter and I put it together ourselves. It took a while since we had the help of my autistic son. It supports all sizes and needs of our household and even gives the teens (and adults) a place to get back in touch with their inner child. We bought this to accommodate his size as well as give room for the others to grow and play.

The Adventure Tower Playset arrives in 4 boxes. It is built to last. Assembly will require a minimum of 2 people, and plan out at least a weekend to get it all done. Pro-tip: When you start assembly, notice that all the packages of nuts, bolts, and other hardware are labeled for which section of the build they belong to. Once you have completed the assembly, it's time to play! We have had a 3,4, and 10 year old playing so far and everyone loves it! We know that the long assembly process is worth it because this playset is very sturdy and will surely last for years.

We bought this playset in April. I think it has been played on every day since, and most days for many hours. There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood, and many have a playset, but ours is the most popular. We paid for Lifetime to deliver and install the playset and it was worth it because they had it done in only a couple of hours and it is assembled well.

If you've ever installed a wooded playset, had to maintain and re-stain it every couple of years, and then had to uninstall it because it's deteriorated and you fear the city will arrive with CAUTION tape and CPS to keep your kids safe, you would realize what a perfectly genius idea it was for Lifetime to make these playsets. It is bigger than it seems in pictures, which is fantastic because even my 14-year old likes to sit in the top and do homework. We purchased the deluxe set with monkey bars which I highly recommend, even though my 5-year broke her arm on it 15 minutes after we set it up. (It wouldn't have broken, however, if her sister hadn't been "helping" her by holding her legs up, which prevented her from dropping nicely.) Which leads me to my next point of following their safety recommendations and setting it up in a safety zone with something other than hard ground to land on. The monkey bars are solid, tall enough for older kids to enjoy, and the main reason we purchased this set. The slide is quite zippy. Maybe hold the hand of a toddler until they get used to it, although my 20-month-old landed on her feet the first time down. I'm not saying she hasn't landed on her bum plenty of times since. She also manages the ladder by herself quite well but I do get a little worried when my other kids are impatiently following right behind her. Mostly because I...ahem... did not follow the recommended safety instructions and installed it on grass. No falls yet though. If you follow the directions it is an easy installation, all things considered. It's not a 2-3 day job you might get with an equivalent wooden set. They package the hardware in individual packs labeled for each section. There were a couple of packets where the labels were different than in the instructions but the pictures of the hardware were spot on so common sense pulls through. As a general rule, I recommend having common sense if you put anything together. Make sure you don't over-tighten the bolts that go through any of the posts; with enough force you will slightly squish the metal. Also, make sure One change we did was not to install the fireman's pole on when the instructions tell you to. The swings/monkey bar section isn't attached to the main play structure yet so it doesn't make sense to ground it when you don't have it in its final destination. It took 2 adults and 1 good intentioned 11-year old about 6-7 hours to put it together. Because we happened to have an extra slide from a previous playset that is now resting in a landfill, my husband removed one of the solid panels, drilled a couple of extra holes, and added an extra slide to our playset. Our kids love it. So if you happen to have an extra slide sitting around not pulling its weight I recommend putting it to work on this playset. Lifetime of course cannot recommend this but it works great for us.
