Playset came quickly, installation scheduled quickly. We had issues with the initial installation tech but LifeTime was GREAT at helping us rectify the issues and had everything fixed up for us very quickly. They were professional, extremely responsive and helpful. This set has already provided a TON of fun for kids ages 3-11.

Bought this through Sam's Club last December. Took 1.5 days to build with a little help from a second person. Time spent building was well worth it as this seems to be a solid playground swing-set that both of my boys are loving! A+ Lifetime. We purchased this Playset over 10 years ago and as foster parents we have had countless amounts of foster children who've enjoyed playing on it. We still have children mention this playground when we run into them out in our community. As a retired police officer and mother I enjoy bringing smiles to the children who came to us with no smiles when they arrived. The only downfall is I wished we could extend this set to add more to it but I haven't seen that as a possibility yet. We were thinking how nice it would be to be able to add the monkey bars and possibly two extra swings. We even thought about a Ninja warrior course because more than probably 100 times our children have us time them as the rush through ever single part of the tower and it's options. It is a super fun experience that we can have in our backyard 😀 thank you Lifetime and if you ever open up the idea to allow owners the options to do add-ons please let us know. Many foster children would enjoy such things. Thank you.

We have had this play set for a year now. Our kids (and the neighborhood kids) all love playing on it. We compared this to the other play set available and picked this because there was no huge gap between the climbing wall and the play set floor for children to fall down. we also like the look of the play set and that it is different then all the others out there. Other reviews have complained about the top step of the ladder, Our 2 year old twins are small and have both never had a problem with climbing up. We have no complaints about this at all. Hands down the best purchase we have made for the kids. We had no problems with the installation. My husband and I put it together in a Saturday (I am not handy at all). We did put some things together ahead of time so it would go faster (the roof, the ladder, the rock walls...). As long as you read the instructions and make sure you have the right parts it goes smoothly. Our kids love it!

For a long time my Mother has wanted to add a play set to her yard for her grandchildren. She eventually chose this set based on the design and price. I was tasked with the assembly. Now, this is a big set so the manual was quite long. The manual was surprisingly clear on how every thing went together, which made the task seem much less daunting. You definitely need at least 2 sets of hands to assemble most of the unit. That's a bit of a hassle, but completely understandable. The assembly took the better part of Saturday, but it all went pretty smooth. The set looks great! It's almost whimsical. It makes you feel like you're in a castle. My nieces and nephews absolutely love it! The deck and rock climbing walls were a huge hit. I would highly recommend this set. Some sets are just too big and gaudy. This thing is just beautiful.

We love the playset thus far if we can actually get it put together in this century. The strange bolt and nut combos make assembly take forever as you have to hope they line up inside the post/pole/etc. That alone has made this take a long time. Just different bolts would have made things so much easier. Plus the arched posts did not say how to align then with their top pieces. It said, "this cannot be undone" and yet had not a thing to say how to avoid a problem (where to align holes or anything). We still have to finish putting on the lower rock climbing walls, the slide, and the ladder but ran out of daylight.

I bought this three years ago. My girls love it and I bought it because metal is supposed to last longer then wood. Some random metal has started to rust like on the swing chains and a small part on a support bar but lifetime has stood behind their product for that reason I am giving it 5! I love lifetime and a company that stands behind their products. I won’t buy anywhere else for my outdoor stuff.

We have owned this swingset for 5 months now. I had done reseach for probably six months making sure this is what we needed. Was worried most about the curved ladder and little kids but kids as young as two can do it. I do stand close by most times to be sure they don't need help. I also love this swingset as I can climb up to the top to be with them and I can also swing with them and they also love that. Well worth it. We opted to have someone put together for us and it only took them half a day.

We love this playset but do not love how easily it blew across our yard, taking out trees in the process, and narrowly missing our house. It ended in a heap of twisted metal and broken plastic. The wind was minimal at the time and the sandbox immediately adjacent to the playset did not even have the lid blown off. I watched in horror as the whole thing unfolded; a construction worker next door saw it happen too and came running to make sure everyone was okay. Luckily no kids were on the playset at the time! I do not know if I can, in good conscience, recommend a playset that has the potential to do this. The playset weighs a lot, so the design must be faulty in order to create an uplift that can carry something so big.

I bought this a week ago, and it’s amazing. My kid loves it! I did break a few bolts putting it together, called customer service, and they had more sent out to me. A couple days shipping, but ended up not using them all. Great service overall by everyone I interacted with. It did take a few days to put together.
