What a great company!

I bought this for Christmas, the box was too targe to fit in my shed or garage, so I opted to wrap it in a tarp to protect it from the elements... long story short the was a hole in the tarp, saturating the box and al it’s contents, by the Tim we unwrapped it to discover the problem, all the parts were rusted and beyond use. I contacted the company asking for a replacement and offering to pay for the parts. They declined payment and rushed the needed hardware free of charge! This company really knows what customer service means!

Good variety of play for different ages

We purchased this for our church and the kids are absolutely loving it. Not too big for a small playground and not too small for all ages to enjoy. We substituted the trapeze bar for a bucket baby swing (purchased through a local hardware store); and added foam padding to the horizontal support bars in the tower (preventing bumped heads at the slide and ladder entrance). My suggestion is to have patience when putting this together. Lay out all of the pieces in consecutive order and follow the directions exactly. It will take a couple of days.

Merry Christmas!

We bought this for the grandkids. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it was very well constructed and reasonably easy to assemble... you need two people, but one man can do most of it. Actually did a partial assembly at another location, the tower and swing support sections. Then hualed it in after dark and assembled completely to surprise the grandkids. Yes, we putthis up after dark, only took about three hours for Papa and Dad with mom holding a work light! Well worth the money, and the grandkids were stunned to see it sitting in the yard Christmas morning! Oh weather was unusually warm so we worked in shirt-sleeves to do this.

Great set but safety concern

I am very happy with this set except the space between the ladder and the upper tower floor is large enough for a four year old to fall through. Also, when a four year old is playing in the upper tower he must be cautious not to fall through the openings at the rock walls. Any safety suggestions to remedy this?

Sturdy, safe, and fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our playset for 18 months and it still looks new. I highly recommend this set. One concern I had was the arched ladder being dangerous for our 3-year-old (now 4 and a half). Well, he's climbed up it hundreds of times and it's never been an issue.

Started to Rust within Days of Assembly

We assembled this in September. Within days, several metal bars started to rust and the metal coating began to fall off. Customer service offered to send replacement bars but it would take me around 30 hours to disassemble and reassemble. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of this set given the price and for the fact that Lifetime is not doing more to help given that I was sold a defective product.

Add-ons and smiles

We purchased this Playset over 10 years ago and as foster parents we have had countless amounts of foster children who've enjoyed playing on it. We still have children mention this playground when we run into them out in our community. As a retired police officer and mother I enjoy bringing smiles to the children who came to us with no smiles when they arrived. The only downfall is I wished we could extend this set to add more to it but I haven't seen that as a possibility yet. We were thinking how nice it would be to be able to add the monkey bars and possibly two extra swings. We even thought about a Ninja warrior course because more than probably 100 times our children have us time them as the rush through ever single part of the tower and it's options. It is a super fun experience that we can have in our backyard 😀 thank you Lifetime and if you ever open up the idea to allow owners the options to do add-ons please let us know. Many foster children would enjoy such things. Thank you.

GREAT PRODUCT but missing parts.

I want to emphasize that this is a spectacular swingset. It was complicated to assemble, but reasonable considering the size. Just make sure you plan a full day or two if you have consistent help. It was about what I expected. The only problem I had is the boxes were missing one of the hardware bags (some roof hardware). The missing bag is not listed on the packing list, but it is mentioned in the instructions. I suspect everybody who buys this set will be missing this bag because of it lacking on the packing list. Even with the missing bag, I would give this set 5 STARS except they said I would have it in 4 to 6 days and it has taken 10 days. Considering I am building this for my in-laws and I am from out of town, this is a big problem because it doesn't leave me with a lot of time to finish. SPECTACULAR SWINGSET though.

Poor ladder design !

We purchase two months ago - fun for 1 of 2 of our grand kids. Younger child fell thru top rung of the curved ladder onto the ground - he will not climb up yet. Poor design on the ladder. No help from the company representative to modify or offer suggestions for ladder improvement.

We have had this problem before and we have done what we can to remedy the issue. Our playsets are approved by ASTM, an independent organization that helps to create safety specifications for Residential Playground Equipment. They have dictated the spacing measurements that are allowed on playset features, such as the arched climber. We know that safety is a necessity with our children, and so we updated the top rung of the ladder to approximately 9.5”, as small as we could go. I apologize we can’t do any more for you, however those are the guidelines we are required to follow.

Hours of fun!

We bought this product with a few hesitations and we were proved wrong! Our first concern was if it was going to be hard to climb up the green metal ladder for our 3yr old son and 2yr old newphew. They both can climb it great and have yet to have a fall! Second I feared they would be bored with it. I was wrong again! I was super surprised just how much they have enjoyed the little car tracks on top the platform. They take their cars out their and play for literally hours. My 6yr old girl loves it and I thought she was the one who would be easily bored with it. I have been super happy with the shade the top provides because we have no trees in our yard and thankfully it keeps them and the platform cool and out of the sun! My only complaint is the slide can get pretty hot in the summer sun! My kids like to use their water toys to water it down and go down in their swimsuits, but again it does get very hot as a caution! All in all we have been very very happy with the quailty and the fun it provides!
