I was very disappointed, the cake was not esthetic as the sheet of the cake was displaced and there was a gap in the middle of the cake. I ordered it because a cake I ordered before of a full sheet cake of Batman was great, but unfortunately this time it was horrible.

There was a big white line coming across the middle of the cake. Had no choice but to take it or I would have no cake for the party

Everything was fine except for the shark fins(displayed in example) were not included at all

The frosting on the top of the cake was not good tasting and only 1 person out of 18 would eat it.

Always love our cakes from Sam’s. Ours didn’t have the fins on the side but was still great.
