Excellent cake, not too much frosting, just the perfect amount. I chose the chocolate version and the cake was chocolaty, moist and really yummy. Everyone loved it. The cake looked exactly like on the picture, great decor if it fits the occasion. And of course you cant beat the price, excellent value!

Was presented exactly the way it was ordered! Birthday boy was excited to see his cake in the shark theme he wanted. However, was not able to be purchased by a family member who wanted to pay for the child since she does not have a CC. She was disappointed she was not able to go in with us to select and choose for the birthday boy since it all had to be done online which was not known until her and her 2 small children went into the store that day to order.

This was the perfect birthday cake for our grandson’s 4th birthday party.

Just what my daughter wanted for her 15th Birthday Celebration. Loved the look and the cake was absolutely delicious.

I have always ordered cake from sams club and loved it. This is the first time i ordered through online and hated this cake. There was no option for whipped cream frosting, butter cream frosting was terrible, the cake was dry and not tasty like usual. Verry disappointed. I used to prefer sams cake over other bakery cakes, now i will have to look somewhere else if you dont get whipped cream frosting back and improve the quality of cake to what it was.

All parts to the cake rippers were not there and the frosting was messed up on one side

I got a half sheet cake and the image didn’t take up the entire cake as shown, they didn’t even center it and the one corner of the cake was drooping. It was like they rushed to get the cake done and didn’t care what it looked like. The cake was good but the presentation was a huge let down.

Nothing about the cake was correct. The fin placement, the piped border, the ocean or I should say lack thereof since its just all blue, incorrect spelling, and the main sharks as they decided to put a sports team logo that was not requested. Completely dissatisfied

Disappointed to say the least. Whoever laid the sheet put an insane amount of bumps all over it so it just looked janky at the party and to make it worse when she handed me the cake she looked at it first and I know for sure she saw the messiness and if that was for her own child she would have fixed it but didn’t care enough for mine.
