Excellent cake! Bakers did a wonderful job. Tastes amazing too! My 4 year old LOVED it and the little sharks that came with it (they are like bath toys). 10/10 recommend, would buy again!

Cake was tasty! But wish the writing was done with icing rather than just printed out. We have gotten cakes for all of our son’s birthdays and it seems that they are not decorating.

It’s our favorite place for cake! All our guests wanted to know which bakery made it! We just wish there were more theme options like there used to be!

Ordered a marble cake. Cake was fresh. The frosting was the typical bakery frosting and was just fine. The cake overall was very tasty and the decorations were great.

My husband was turning 60 and we had a big party before taking a trip to the beach, so the ocean shark cake was a perfect choice and definitely delicious. Thanks Sam’s !

I was very disappointed, the cake was not esthetic as the sheet of the cake was displaced and there was a gap in the middle of the cake. I ordered it because a cake I ordered before of a full sheet cake of Batman was great, but unfortunately this time it was horrible.

There was a big white line coming across the middle of the cake. Had no choice but to take it or I would have no cake for the party

this cake was the hit of the party! Perfect for my new HPU Shark! The cake was delicious and ON TIME!! Great job and I will be back!

The cake was beautifully done, and the hit of the celebration, it not only looked good but tasted great

Cake was nothing like the picture ordered. Was only 1 sheet of water placed in the middle of the cake. I asked for white writing, I got red. And no shark fins on the side of the cake. The cake was prepaid when I had placed the order but I refused to take this cake. The cake decorators were gone for the day and the manager on duty assured me this is how it should look and and that the water decals aren't going to fit to cover the whole cake. I told her the decorator needs to rotate the water decal and put 2 of them side by side. I was in the store over 30 minutes arguing and basically telling them how to make the cake. She never apologized to me. I had to go back the next day to pickup 1 hour before the party started. Time which I didn't have. Wasted so much of my time and never a sorry or an offer to discount the cake. Horrible customer service on that managers part.
