Perfect Marble Cake

It was great

I like having a person take my cake order not this app.

Cake was nothing like the picture ordered. Was only 1 sheet of water placed in the middle of the cake. I asked for white writing, I got red. And no shark fins on the side of the cake. The cake was prepaid when I had placed the order but I refused to take this cake. The cake decorators were gone for the day and the manager on duty assured me this is how it should look and and that the water decals aren't going to fit to cover the whole cake. I told her the decorator needs to rotate the water decal and put 2 of them side by side. I was in the store over 30 minutes arguing and basically telling them how to make the cake. She never apologized to me. I had to go back the next day to pickup 1 hour before the party started. Time which I didn't have. Wasted so much of my time and never a sorry or an offer to discount the cake. Horrible customer service on that managers part.

The birthday boy absolutely loved his birthday cake. I was AMAZED at how absolutely well iced and delicious this cake was and yet it didn't break the bank! Don't sleep on Sam's Club cakes for special occassions!

Wouldve been a nice cake if they gave me the right devor fir the cake. Its a shark cake and gave me jyrassuc world tots to out in it....my 13 yr ild was excuted for this cake just to be disappointed.

There was hair in the icing, they used white for the writing instead of the gray I requested , which made my sons name unreadable when they ran the writing off the side of the cake onto the piping frosting, white on white is hard to read. Clearly, the C team was working this day. Oh, and the screenprint for the cake had a big overlap, so it did not line up properly.
