Sharp, Sharp and Sharp

I only use it once and I broke had to vote for the meat what parts of the knife had

Extremely sharp. Great quality. Be very cautious!! They bite… gave me 6 stitches 😟

They are sharp but cutting the hands where you hold them. Not great for long use.

Wow: I thought when I purchased this set of knifes. The 8 inch knife was extremely sharp, that I used a folk to hold down fruits, and veggies when making a cut. I didn’t want a finger to get in the way of the knife. Now, three weeks later, this knife isn’t as sharp as before. It won’t cut the same fruits and veggies as when first used. Not dull; but the knife won’t cut as effortlessly as three weeks ago. Too bad, even for an inexpensive knife.

Extremely sharp so be very careful. I do a lot of vegetable chopping and these make the job so easy! I order several sets.
