These knives are incredible quality. They’re are sharp, a nice size, a great handle, and will be wonderful for meats and grilling this summer. Such a nice addition to our standard knives. This set will cut anything!

Sharp as heck! These are some excellent knives and I’m glad I chose them. They are super sharp, long and can be used for a number of items when cooking. They cut meat easily, veggies with ease I love them.

These are great knives. The cut is really smooth. The quality of the knives is heavy duty. I will recommend these to all my family and friends. They have different sizes as well. The handle is very heavy.

The members mark chef knives are great for your kitchen needs. The knives are very sharp, big, and very well balanced. It is easy to cut through meat with these knives. They seem to be very well made, and will probably last a long time. The one downside I found was there should be some kind of cover or sheath for the knives, because of their sharpness and size, I am not able to keep them in our drawer, so I store them in their box on top of my refrigerator.

I purchased these to use as a backup for bigger items. The quality of the knives is fine and work great, I just wish a sheath was provided to cover the blade.

These knives are sharp and sturdy. The grip on the handles is nice. I would buy these again for the price.

Love the blades and the handles

the new handle with all the ribs in it is horrible. As a professional caterer I have been using these knives for years. They have never been the "top of the line" knives but for high volume catering they have been great. I usually got 2 to three years out of a knife. The new handle design makes it very difficult to use. A chef knife handle should be smooth and be able to be held lightly in your hand. Very disappointed.

I really like them. So far, so good.
