Sharp as heck! These are some excellent knives and I’m glad I chose them. They are super sharp, long and can be used for a number of items when cooking. They cut meat easily, veggies with ease I love them.

The members mark chef knives are great for your kitchen needs. The knives are very sharp, big, and very well balanced. It is easy to cut through meat with these knives. They seem to be very well made, and will probably last a long time. The one downside I found was there should be some kind of cover or sheath for the knives, because of their sharpness and size, I am not able to keep them in our drawer, so I store them in their box on top of my refrigerator.

The thickness of the metal is slightly thinner than I thought it would be. Of course, it's brand-new knife, I just need to use it few more weeks to fully give the recommendation.

These knives are sharp and sturdy. The grip on the handles is nice. I would buy these again for the price.

I purchased these to use as a backup for bigger items. The quality of the knives is fine and work great, I just wish a sheath was provided to cover the blade.

Love the blades and the handles

These chef’s knives exceeded my expectations. They are super sharp right out of the box. So far I’ve used them to chop broccoli, dice onions and garlic, and carve chicken. The knife doesn’t take much effort to use and cuts clean. I prefer the smaller of the two knives. The comfort grip is nice but almost has a tacky feeling. The knives feel high quality and are aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend.
