I can not rave about these chef’s knives any more. My husband loved these because they are so sharp and he’s worked in a restaurant kitchen before and says they are great quality. The only thing he didn’t like was the handle felt a little flimsy. I loved the sizes we got and great to use in our own kitchen.

These knives are surprisingly lightweight! I really didn't expect that at first. They are not lacking in sharpness, though. I didn't realize how dull my old chef knife was. I chopped vegetables for dinner, and the knife effortlessly went through them. It was really nice to get through an onion before my eyes hurt too badly. The handle is very ergonomic too. Overall, I'm super happy with these.

These knives are outstanding & beautiful. Elegant & Sharp. Sliced tomatoes like it was hot butter. Used to clean fat off chicken & it worked wonders. Husband used slicing tri tip & had nothing but good things to say about them. I have an older set of these knives & I believe the newer ones outshine them on many aspects. I will be purchasing some as Christmas gifts. You can't go wrong with buying these.

This Members Mark two pack of chef knife’s features an ergonomic design with a very comfortable grip; the knives are excellent for home use, as they are versatile and affordable. Additionally, I can say that this knives are practical and very good for prepping, cutting vegetables, slicing all kinds of meats, and dicing fruits. This knife blades can perform very well on a wide range of culinary tasks with very good precision. Thus, I highly recommend them.

While the knives come extremely sharp, due to the poor balance they have to be used more for chopping food then actually slicing it. This poor balance of the knife plus the cheap handle material and poor ergonomic grip will quickly lead to hand cramps.

These knives are incredible. I’m a vegetarian and do lots of chopping. Sweet potatoes, heads of cabbage, spaghetti squash are no match for these knives. They are easy to clean but are large and take up a lot of drawer space. If you like to cook, these knives would be a great addition to your kitchen.

Very large kitchen knives. The grips on the knives are really nice. They have a little weight to them but not overwhelming. Cut through a melon and the length of the knives helps make it all the way through. The blade is pretty strong and not flimsy. Overall 2 nice knives to add to your kitchen set.

This set comes with 2 knives. One 8” chefs knife and one 10” chefs knife. When I removed them from the box I felt like they were gigantic but after handling them they are big but manageable. They are a good stainless steel blade with a plastic handle. After using the 8” to cut up cooked chicken tenderloins, after about 10 minutes it was causing fatigue in my hand and wrist. I would still rate this as a good knife set.

I was a little skeptical at first because these knives were much bigger than anticipated. But once I got them out and washed, I noticed they fit perfectly in my hand. I have smaller hands so that was a worry that they would feel uncomfortable. Also, the cushioned grip feels really nice! Right out of the box they cut magically. I’m so excited to start using these as my meat knives.
