The picture quality is excellent, with vivid colors and impressive contrast. The NQ4 AI Gen2 processor is fast and efficient, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes viewing moving content smooth. However, I would have liked it to have Wi-Fi 6 and ATSC 3.0. If you're looking for a high-end TV with excellent picture quality and a stylish design, I recommend the QLED 4K Q80DD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 85 inch screen is great. My wife has vision issues and the larger screen has enhanced her TV viewing experience. It was easy to set-up and get started. The only issue we have experienced is that the sound sometimes gets louder on its own. It is not only during commercials. Have not investigated to see what might be causing it.

Overall, this TV has a great picture and seems to fit my needs. I would have given it 5 stars, had it not been for the remote. Needs to have buttons for fast forward & rewind, added. This remote makes it VERY awkward to fast forward/rewind recorded content. I still use my firestick to access this content, which means using 2 different remotes!

Very good screen details, easy to use. The only thing I don't like is that when the electric power or the Internet goes off it don't automatically reconnect to the wifi. Not good when the tv it's connected to smartthings and the automations don't work because the wifi didn't reconnect. As far as the rest of the tv settings it takes practice to get the best screen view. Excellent TV

Purchased this 65" TV to replace 10 year old Samsung and this TV is great. Very easy to set up, great home screen and love the picture. Automatically pairs with the Samsung soundbar. Did not want to spend more $$ for the OLED and very satisfied with the QLED.

For a 2,200 dollar tv the picture is just ok. The remote is a 1 out of 5 stars. Horrible remote. The defects in the screen, and tv is horendous! Going back to the price point, and having a dirty screen, and defects. It is not worth it! The defects, and the dirty screens are more noticeable on a 85" screen. The home page is horrible, and the buttons on the remote are too! I was able to get my tv for over a 1,000 dollars off, or I would be taking it back for a sony!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV for the kids' loving room. We watch a lot of sports and movies and do some gaming on it. It has great picture quality. Sound quality is ok. We use a Samsung sound bar but do not like that the TV won't default to the sound bar and that you have to connect it every time you turn the TV on. We love the remote feature on our phones too. It was easy to hang up and set up for all our streaming services was easy too.

The picture is incredible and set up was a breeze. I chose to set up by my phone and it was a simple and smooth process. I am very impressed by features that I didn't think I would care about. Most notably, Multi View. It is actually useful and not just gimmicky. I will definitely recommend this TV to friends and family the next time I'm asked for a recommendation! (If I discover any issues or annoyances - none so far - I will update this review.)
