They are absorbant ( 1 large pee, 2 small pees max), but they have their limitations, as does any brief. They are very discreet and most believable as underwear. It's worth every penny. I would suggest that these be used as daytime brief only. The gentleman in the photo is aware that his picture would probably be seen by thousands of people, and he was very excited to model for the photo.

They’re super soft and feel way more like normal underwear than I thought they would. No uncomfortable tight spots or anything like that, great fit. They also do a great job at keeping everything fresh - no worries about odor or leaks at all. I love that they’re not bulky under clothes either. Nobody could even tell I was wearing them! Perfect for the gym. These briefs have plenty of stretch but stay close to the body to absorb any leaks I experience when I'm working out. They look discreet and no one would know they are not normal underwear when I'm getting changed in the locker room. With these briefs I can continue to exercise and workout despite bladder leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My father was who actually tested this product so the following is his opinion and thoughts about Depend Flex Fit Size XXL. The size fit very well and the sides have stretchy material so they have give. The Depends Flex Fit are nice because they are thin and cannot be noticed under dress slacks or jeans. I found them to be very absorbant and had no issues with leaking. The Depends Flex Fit are made with great quality and I had no problems with them tearing or falling apart in any way. I have tried other brands and so I can say that these really do stand out amongst competitors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depends is an excellent item to use on a plane flight even if there are no excess problems with leakage, just in case there are delays in the trips or difficulties using the toilet facility because of handicap issues.

The fit is not very discreet under clothing but seems to do a good job of controlling odor. Not the worst option, but definitely not the best either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the product. Tried several sizes to get best fit but still the top BACK of panty RIPPED. I WAS UPSET THAT THEY RIPPED! There needs to be a reinforced panel around the waist so it won't rip. I don't wear fake nails or long and raggedy edges. COMFORT IS KEY! Not ripping is MANDATORY!
