I got these for post partum. Ended up having a C-section after hours of pushing, so best of both worlds… these diapers are great for both the post partums I’m experiencing. Soft and flexible and absorbent. In hindsight I would have sized up for a little more C-section incision wiggle room. I’m 5’1 and was weighing 180 when I delivered.

I have tried several different brands of incontinence underwear, but these are truly the best for leak protection. The fit is excellent and very secure, giving me the confidence I need throughout the day. They feel much more reliable than other options I have used in the past, and I am very satisfied with how well they perform. Superior leak protection compared to other brands. Excellent overall quality for daily wear.

I’ve been wearing an incontinence brief (diaper) nightly since diagnosed with colitis in Sep 2021. I traveled to my youngest son’s home for the week without packing any overnight protection. Being a combat USA veteran, this was my first time to personally pay for this type product, as the VA provides them at no charge to me. What I now know to be true is the incontinence briefs supplied to Veterans are made specifically for men. What a difference these feminine styled Depends make! I could see throwing out all my traditional underwear and wearing these 24/7/365, if the VA would add them to their formulary. But, alas, we are female and this current administration views our sex as DEI, so not worthy to be represented as favorably as our male counterparts. ❤️😞❤️

Was in the hospital for heart surgery and they put adult diapers on me until I could get up and go to the bathroom by myself; but as soon as I was able to get to the bathroom with my walker, my son brought a package to the hospital and they were so much better and much more comfortable!!! I am still having to wear them until I am able to control my bladder!!!

The Depends brand is just that--dependable. Cool, comfortable and dependale. No leaks, no lining crumbling, easy on and easy off, these briefs are in a word...perfection.

My girl friend swears by them, 84 years old. Believe me it’s a blessing to hear her satisfied over depends. She has tried them all she claims for comfort you just don’t get a better product.

Recommend for Limited Use… I have tried depends and always the depends is good for incontinence and needing to change several times a day dribbles do not absorb well leaving wetness on skin So night use and complete incontinence maybe? but if wearing longer and still able to use the toilet ( pulling panty up and down several times) the padding tends to pull away from the panty and then spill out inside or at the rear waistband Always brand is thicker and better for longer periods of wear.

I found this product to be too “soft” which made it tear up too easily. The outside panty should be stiffer and able to fight off pee to the pads. Depend has been number one for so long, until I started using the “incontinence underwear by Depend”. It fell apart every time. I was tossing it out with the pads! It became too expensive but what is number 2 on the shelf? I remember Prevail. Time to shop for another brand. The “fluffy” underwear just can’t hold up. I need to get what I need and what I can afford. This product is not what it used to be. I am 78 years old and trying to meet needs of my bladder. No fluff, stronger to meet all that pee.

I do not recommend these Depends undergarments. They may have been defective, because the crotch area was only as thick as a few paper towels and could not possibly absorb six cups of fluid. I had to add an Always overnight pad in the center for extra protection. I usually buy the Because brand. Since I opened one package, I can only return one, which does not seem fair.

When they get wet, the sides open up and all the cotton or whatever it actually is falls out all over the place! Very narrow, not a good fit or a good design at all plus there’s an uncomfortable covering where it touches your skin, just awful !
