I chose to try out Depends for the first time on a day when I knew I would be out for hours without easy access to a bathroom. At first, I thought the crotch padding was bulky and uncomfortable, but it conformed better to my body throughout the day. I did urinate a little, which was safely captured. I can’t speak to a full blown accident, but I was grateful to not have to worry about spots or odor!

I have had to use disposable underwear for years now due to medical reasons and I used to love how comfortable these depend underwear are; however, the ones I recently bought continuously fall apart in the front as well as the back. The padding only stays in place for a few hours and then it starts to peel off of the product. It’s extremely frustrating! If you are looking for a solid pair of underwear that will absorb moisture and keep it contained, this is your pair. I do not find myself needing to sprint to change after an episode of incontinence. If you are looking for plush comfort, you will likely need to continue looking. These underwear did not suit my larger, more active, frame and seemed to find a way to scratch and bind in uncomfortable areas while on the move. I would recommend these underwear as more of an overnight solution than one for the more active waking hours.

I feel you have hidden the actual fit of these by not showing the actual fit in the stomach/rise area (which you conveniently coverd with the white shirt. THESE ARE TOO LOW AND ROLL DOWN. I threw my box away. What a shame, as not all women want bikinis!! They stretch enough in width, but when you try to pull them up over your stomach they RIP STRAIGHT ACROSS THE FRONT. Really aggravated as this seems to be a trend.
