If you are looking for a solid pair of underwear that will absorb moisture and keep it contained, this is your pair. I do not find myself needing to sprint to change after an episode of incontinence. If you are looking for plush comfort, you will likely need to continue looking. These underwear did not suit my larger, more active, frame and seemed to find a way to scratch and bind in uncomfortable areas while on the move. I would recommend these underwear as more of an overnight solution than one for the more active waking hours.

I Was able to share them with a handicap family member and they worked great for them. The fit was good and they were really absorbent. The material was comfortable for them too.

He’s getting older, and while he’s still active, he’s had a few issues with incontinence. At first, he was hesitant—he’s a proud guy and didn’t like the idea of wearing anything but his usual boxers. I told him, “Just try them out. If you don’t like them, no big deal.” A few days later, he actually thanked me. He said they were comfortable, discreet, and helped him feel more confident when running errands or going for walks. He even joked that they were way better than the stiff old briefs he used to wear. These are very stretchy and accommodating, and did not rub or irritate the way he was afraid they would, and he described them as fairly comfortable. They are also extremely absorbant.
