[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 73 year old step-father is rehabilitating an injury and was struggling to make it to the toilet in time every time. He started using the Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men to try and contain some leakage, especially while he slept. The fit of the underwear are moderately comfortable. He is around 175 lbs and tried a Large. The waistband stretched wide but the underwear was long enough in the torso/waist that he did not have to worry about them slipping down. They are well-made and easy to dispose of. The underwear did help with catching some leakage but he found that they were not good at containing leakage around the leg holes. They were mostly fine for use during the day but when he was sleeping, they would shift or not contain him all the way and he would wake up to spill-over around the upper thigh and groin area. He likes these well enough for the day time but we are looking at other options for sleep.

They also perform well above my expectations and don't make any noise when you are moving around which means no embarrassing moments when you are around others. You don't even realize that you are wearing them.

You can barely tell that I have these on and they fit well with my clothes as well with whatever I wear. I highly recommend this and these are great underwear with maximum absorbency. Depends is a great brand.

The fit was quite tight for my lokong especially around the waist area but im sure a different size would make a difference. The overall absorbent ability is second to none and i would definitely recommend

I had an allergic reaction from this product when I wore my first pair: itching, redness and swelling. However the product itself was extremely comfortable. I alerted the manufacturer the next day. I would not recommend this to anyone who may have allergies to the makeup of this product. The packing only reflects one source. It would be good to see everything that goes into the making of the product. This rating my opinion only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i first put them on it was a bit uncomfortable in the back.it doesn't have full coverage of the cheeks. But after a while you forget they are on. They aren't bulky they dont show through clothes. I got the xl and they stretch nicely to fit comfortably. I just use them for leakage not full bladder and they are great with no leakage that I can see and no odor. I felt a little weird at first putting them on but now im completely comfortable.

I was able to sit at work and feel a lot more secure while wearing these. With that said, I did feel like I had a fluffier butt and they definitely did not feel discreet.

I’m so happy because the other sanitary pads I have been using doesn’t absorb as much as Depend underwear. It fits well on my bumsy even I have a big tummy and it’s very absorbent even during heavy flows. Very soft and clings well on my skin. I use it like a panty so I don’t need to wear a panty, this underwear is enough. Even when I sleep, it stays in shape. Doesn’t bend or fold. No spills or even a single drop.
