I love purchasing salmon from Sam's, it is always fresh and has a great taste. The only downfall is having to remove the scales. I buy it with skin-on but it's not always convenient if you have to do full-on scale removal. I have resorted to completely removing the skin on occasion just to save from having to scale the fish

I've been buying a filet every week or two for about four years. When fresh the fist is amazing; however, the new packaging does not stay fresh as long as the dates indicated, even when in a very cold refrigerator. Use this product within a couple of days of purchase, or else . . .

It made my family sick

Its good but not sure what type of chemicals the fish have in them. Would be nice to know how and what they are raised on.

A little oil rub, a little salt & pepper, put on a piece of non stick foil & you have grilled salmon that pleases everyone.

Salmon is always fresh, well wrapped, and priced better than without the skin. Sometimes pieces are a little big for just my wife and me.

I’ve bought the skinless salmon at least 4 times in the last 2 months and it has been delicious each time. I’m shocked at all of the bad reviews. Like someone else said maybe it’s regional.

Salmon was of very good quality .only downer is that there is no disclaimer about presence of scales. I took out the skin easily along with scales but skin went to waste . Skin is usually pretty tasty so was disappointed.

Look at it, if you don't know what your buying, Don't Buy It! I season it and bake it, very good. No such thing as fresh fish in central Iowa but this is the next best thing.

My son and I love this salmon. I cook it with some butter, olive oil, and seasonings in a pan on the stovetop. When I get the whole piece, I cut it into 5 oz filets. It's delicious!
